Short horror films hold a special place in my heart. In recent years, I’ve worked with some incredibly talented folks to create a few of them, almost always with very small (or non-existent) budgets. I thought it might be a nice idea to create a place here to “house” them.
As new shorts are filmed (a couple are in the works right now), I’ll add them to this list.
WATCHING (Yellow Bike Films, Written by Cullen Bunn, Directed by Christian Wood)
A young woman witnesses a cosmic horror apocalypse unfolding… right outside her window.
THE BLEED (Yellow Bike Films, Written by Cullen Bunn, Directed by Christian Wood)
A messy nosebleed turns deadly.
SWUMPWATER (Pop Films, Written by Cullen Bunn and Heath Amodio, Directed by Christian Fescine)
Three down-on-their-luck friends seek a magical fountain that will bring good fortune… or death.
THE CULLENOSCOPY
While you’re in the mood to watch some horror, check out my horror video podcast, The Cullenoscopy: a Deep Exploration of Horror. Every episode, I’ll be joined by a guest host (or hosts) to discuss our love of the horror genre.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these short films!
