This week, I return to the world of Deadpool… and the world of symbiotes… with a new series!
As I was setting this issue up, I realized that the month of September only has 12 days left, and I went into full panic mode. I’ve promised my editor the complete draft of BONES OF OUR STARS, BLOOD OF OUR WORLD by the end of the month. It’s doable. The novel is completely written. It’s just that some of the later chapters need a lot of work to make them presentable. The last few weeks have been busy as Hell for me, and it looks like the next two weeks will be worse. Some things—like my newsletters—have suffered because of it. It’ll be worth it in the end, though. I promise!
This week, I’ve got one new comic hitting the stands, and it marks a return to the world of the Merc With a Mouth…

I have some surprises in store in this one. If you’ve read some of the preview pages or looked up covers to the other issues in the series, SOME of those surprises have been divulged. At least one hasn’t, though, so grab the issue and enjoy. And, no, you do not have to read the rest of the VENOM WAR event to enjoy this comic. In fact, I kind of play with the idea of NOT knowing what’s going on in VENOM WAR throughout the book.
